For non-face-to-face verification, all documents are to be certified true copy by either of the following:

  • Any related company or representatives of MF Global Singapore residing in the client's country of residence
  • Notary public in the client's country of residence

  4. Schedule B – Risk Disclosure Statement Acknowledgement and Confirmation (sign and date on page 25)
  5. Schedule C – Statutorily required and Exchange-prescribed Notifications for Futures Trading Confirmation and Acceptance (sign and date on page 29)
